Apply for ASB loan and credit card.

One of them is to apply for an ASB loan and credit card.

The purpose of taking a credit card is not for shopping or spending but to have a credit record that the bank can see in the CCRIS report.

Alternatively, a borrower can apply for an ASB loan with a minimum installment amount of RM100 per month. By taking an ASB loan, the individual can pay the installments regularly, and each installment payment will be recorded in their Ccris report.

This will help improve their credit record and increase their chances of getting approval for a home loan.

After several months, the individual can apply for a home loan.

At this time, the bank will be able to see their debt repayment record in the Ccris report and consider the credit record they have built up.
