Less than 4.70% – You have a more reasonable home loan interest rate.
Less than 5.00% – Try to explore your option by reducing the interest rates,
e.g., write to the bank or refinancing.
More than 5.01% – You got to review your home loan interest rates. Seriously.
More than 6% – You are mad! By staying with the same bank.
More than 7% – Speechless. Do something about it!
